In October we had a costume parade:
In November, we had our Thanksgiving Feast. Students got to try many new foods such as cranberries three different ways: raw, dried, and cranberry sauce, blueberries, peppers, sweet pickles and sour pickles, popcorn and sweet kettle corn, and pomegranate seeds.
We have been working hard on our writing!
This month, we read many different versions of the 3 Little Pigs and the Big Bad Wolf. Students got a chance be engineers! They designed, built, and tested their houses that the made for the 3 little pigs. Students tested their designs against the "blow from a wolf,", our classroom fan! All students persisted to build strong houses for their toy pigs.

We have also learned positional words such as above, below, next to, in front of, etc. Then we played a following direction game to demonstrate our learning. Our favorite part: Showing below the table!
